HOW OLD ARE YOUR CLASS MEMBERS?

I have Fitsteppers ranging from 14 to 80 something

CAN MEN JOIN IN?

Yes, Fitsteps is for everyone, after all it is designed by Ian Waite, Mark Foster and Natalie Lowe.

HOW LONG AND HOW MUCH IS A CLASS?

Morning classes are approximately 50 minutes, evening classes are 1 hour.

Classes also include a good stretch for increasing and maintaining flexibility.

Classes are £9.

Payment accepted via bank transfer, card payment via email prior to class, or cash (weekly or monthly). Please speak to Su for your preferred method of payment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

Comfortable work out clothing and light weight trainers or dance trainers.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A drink, a small towel perhaps, enthusiasm and a smile!

WHAT IF I HAVE 2 LEFT FEET?!

It's not a dancing competition! Fitsteps is based around repetition of steps. Coming along to class regularly will help you pick the steps up. Practise makes perfect.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?

As Fitsteps is a group exercise class everyone works to their own ability. You put as much into it that you want to get out of it.
We're all individuals, understandably with various issues, i.e. Dodgy knees, hips, shoulders maybe!
However the class is formed as interval training i.e. We may do a Quickstep for cardio and fat burning, but then follow it with a Waltz incorporating toning and posture.

DO I NEED A PARTNER?

No. We all dance on our own without partners. More like an Aerobic class but much more fun.
